2 Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are they who keep His testimonies, and who seek, inquire for and of Him and crave Him with the whole heart. 3 Yes, they do no unrighteousness ; they walk in His ways. 4 You have commanded us to keep Your precepts, that we should observe them diligently. 5 Oh, that my ways were directed and established to observe Your statutes ! 6 Then shall I not be put to shame when I have respect to all Your commandments. 7 I will praise and give thanks to You with uprightness of heart when I learn Your righteous judgments . Step#2: Seek Him with the WHOLE heart (v.2) 2Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are they who keep His testimonies, and who seek, inquire for and of Him and crave Him with the whole heart. Seek, Inquire for and of Him, and Crave Him – with the whole heart. You have to take the time to seek God – you can’t wait for a burning bush moment where God will speak to you through your radio speakers or something like that. You have to seek Him – get to know Him by learning of Him – Bible Study, Sunday School, conferences, seminars, Inquire of Him through prayer, meditation and CRAVE Him! Craving him with your whole heart! Not just a temporary craving – but with everything you have you want Him! Nothing else is as important – nothing else can stand in the way – Nothing else will satisfy – Step#3: Walk in His ways (v.3) 3Yes, they do no unrighteousness ; they walk in His ways. They do not willfully wander from His precepts – they walk in His ways. We ought to walk in His ways – We ought to bear one another’s burdens, we ought to possess the fruit of the spirit –. Ephesians 4:1-3 – I therefore the prisoner of the Lord beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
